Most of what FLYP is known for involves selling. This doesn't. If you love your home and just want it to work better — a kitchen that fits how you cook, a primary bath that finally feels like one, an addition for a growing family — we do that as a straightforward, paid renovation with the same crews and project management behind our pre-sale work.

Frequently asked questions
Does FLYP do remodels if I'm not selling my home?
Yes. Most people know FLYP for our pay-at-closing model tied to a sale, but our remodeling division does traditional, paid renovations for owners who simply want better space to live in — no sale required. You hire us, we do the work, you enjoy the result.
Are you a licensed contractor?
Yes. FLYP is the remodeling brand of Green State Restoration, LLC — a licensed and insured Washington contractor. Every project is permitted where required and built by vetted crews under our own project management.
What areas do you serve?
We remodel homes across the Puget Sound — Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Olympia, Renton, Kirkland, Redmond, Everett, Lynnwood, and the surrounding communities.
How much does a remodel cost?
It depends entirely on scope, but we give a written, fixed-scope quote before any work starts so you know the number going in. A bathroom refresh, a full kitchen, and a whole-home renovation are very different budgets — the consultation is where we size it to your project and goals.
How do I pay for a remodel?
For a traditional remodel you pay for the work directly, typically on a progress schedule tied to milestones. Separately, if you're renovating specifically to sell, ask us about our $0-down pay-at-closing option — the renovation is repaid from the sale proceeds instead.
How long does a remodel take?
A single bathroom might be two to three weeks; a full kitchen four to eight; a whole-home renovation or addition can run several months. Your fixed-scope quote includes a realistic schedule, and your project manager keeps you updated against it.
