Cookie Policy

This policy explains how FLYP CO.("FLYP," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, browser storage and analytics on flyphome.com, including the client portal and signing pages served from it (the "Site"). It is a companion to our Privacy Policy.
1. What These Technologies Are
A cookie is a small text file the Site asks your browser to keep and send back on later visits. Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) keeps values on your device that the Site can read but that are not sent with every request. Analytics scripts measure how the Site is used.
2. The Short Version
- The public website sets no cookies of its own. Cookies are only set when you sign in to the team system or the client portal.
- We use no advertising cookies, pixels or trackers.
- Our analytics are cookieless. They do not identify you, and you can turn them off with the banner or your browser's Do Not Track setting.
3. Cookies We Set

Both are HTTP-only and secure, and are removed when you sign out. Neither is used for tracking.

5. Analytics
We measure the public website with two cookieless tools. Neither runs on the team system, the portal or the signing pages.
- Our own analytics. Records the page viewed, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type and approximate location (country, region, city from your network address). Your network address and browser details are hashed with the date into a visitor identifier that changes every day, and the raw address is not stored in analytics. We honor the browser Do Not Track signal.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Our hosting provider's cookieless page-view and page-speed measurement, reported to our Vercel dashboard. See Vercel's privacy policy.
Choosing Decline in the banner turns both off in that browser. Choosing Accept, or making no choice, leaves them on.
6. Third-Party Scripts
Some pages load scripts from other companies, which may set their own cookies under their own policies. We do not control those cookies.
- Google Maps and Places, address autocomplete and property imagery on the property tools (Google privacy policy).
- Cloudflare Turnstile, bot protection on the sign-in and text-message opt-in forms (Cloudflare privacy policy).
- LiveKit, real-time video when you join a FLYP video call (LiveKit privacy policy).
7. Managing Your Choices
- Banner: on your first visit, choose Accept or Decline. To change it later, use the Cookie preferences link in the footer, which reopens the banner.
- Do Not Track: turn it on in your browser and our own analytics skip you entirely.
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies and site data at any time. Blocking the two session cookies will sign you out of the portal or team system.

If we add a cookie, a tracker or an analytics tool, we will update this page and its effective date before it goes live.
